  • How would I know if my order has been placed?
    A confirmation email will be sent to your email address within 24 hours after you have placed an order.
  • Can I change or cancel my order?
    Yes, you are able to change or cancel your order 24 hours prior to your delivery. Do contact us directly via Facebook (@juronglianhuat), phone (+65 8120 6933) or email (lianhuatseafood1974@gmail.com).
  • Which days do Lian Huat Seafood Marketplace deliver?
    Delivery is done daily throughout the season. There are 3 delivery timeslots. 9am - 12pm, 12pm - 3pm and 3pm - 7pm. Do indicate your preferred timing during your order. Do note that preorders are only available from 4am - 9pm only.
  • What can I do if I have made a mistake on my delivery address?
    Contact us directly via Facebook (@juronglianhuat), phone (+65 8120 6933) or email (lianhuatseafood1974@gmail.com) and we will amend your delivery address for you.
  • ​What happens if I missed my delivery time slot?
    Contact us directly via Facebook (@juronglianhuat), phone (+65 8120 6933) or email (lianhuatseafood1974@gmail.com) if you want your order will be delivered/rescheduled to another delivery date and time.
  • Do you accept cash or personal cheques?
    Lian Huat Seafood Marketplace still accepts cash (excluding cheques). However, you can contact us directly via phone @+65 8120 6933 if you wish to make a PayNow payment.
  • Which locations of Singapore do Lian Huat Seafood Marketplace deliver to?
    We deliver to the following regions in Singapore: North, North-West, West, South-West, South, South-East, East, North-East, and Central Singapore.
  • How long can the Hairy Crabs be kept alive for?
    Cover a damp cloth over the crabs after removing them from the packaging and place them in the chiller. Live hairy crabs could be kept alive up to 2 days when properly kept.
  • What to do if the Hairy Crabs are no longer alive when I receive them?
    Contact us immediately through Facebook (@juronglianhuat), phone (+65 8120 6933) or email (lianhuatseafood1974@gmail.com) within the day of delivery. We will refund the dollar amount pro-rated to the number of dead crabs to you. The money would be transferred directly to your preferred bank account.
